다음으로 면접 질문유형으로는 

P.S. 꼭 행정직과 기술직 면접 질문이 다르다고 생각하지 않아도 되는듯? (질문이 섞여 있음)

 

 

 1) 경험 기술서

   Q. 예를 들면 어떤 일을 수행하는 과정에서 차별받은 경험있는지? 이에 대한 나의 대처와 결과?

 

 2) 상황 기술서

  Q. 보호가치가 있는 나무가 있는데, 도로를 만들어야 하는 상황에게 어떻게 해결할 것인가?

   A. 무조건 보호가치가 있다고 나무를 지켜야 된다는 답변은 좋지 않다. 그리고 물론 자기가 가고 싶은 부처에 따라 다르게 답변을 할 수 있다고 본다. 예를 들면, 환경부는 환경을 중시(?)해야 하기 때문에 나무를 보호해야 하지만, 국토부는 균형있는 ' 국토의 효율적이고 균형있는 이용·개발과 보전'이라는 헌법적 가치를 수호해야 하기 때문에 양자를 비교해야 한다고 본다. 양자를 비교한다면,  (1) 보호가치가 있는 나무에 대한 정의가 있어야 한다. 보호가치가 있는 나무에 대해 기준을 나눈 뒤, (2) 도로의 경제적 가치를 비교한다. 그리고 이를 우회하여 도로를 만들 수 있는 방법이 있는지 확인한다.  등등

 

 2) 상황 기술서

  Q. 전파음영지대 해소하기 위한 기지국 설치 의무화 추진 중인데, 전자파의 유해성과 안전성을 우려하여 주민들은 자율화를 요구한다. 담당 주무관인 나의 대처는 무엇인가?

  A. 여기서 고려할 사항은 '주민들에 의한 자율화'이다. 더이상 관치행정이 아닌 주민들에 의한 자율적 행정을 어떻게 볼지. 국민을 위한 정부라는 현정부의 프레임과 맞물려 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그렇다고 무조건 주민들에 의한, 소위 주민행정을 해야한다고 답변하면 안 된다. 주민들에 의한 자율화 또한 문제점이 있다. 이해관계가 첨예하게 대립하는 부분을 자율화 한다면 그건 해결보다는 오히려 더 큰 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 만약 담당 주무관이라면 해당 사안을 균형잡힌 시각으로 봐야 한다고 본다. 

 

3) 개별 질문

PT문제

 Q. 평균 수명이 늘면서 정년을 연장시켜야 한다는 주장이 있다. 그러나 이러한 주장에 따를 경우, 고령자가 퇴직을 하지 않게 됨으로 신입 사원의 채용 기회가 줄어든다. 그렇다면 이는 또다른 청년실업을 낳고, 세대갈등의 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 그렇다면 정년 연장에 대한 면접자의 입장은?

 

  Q. 평균 수명이 늘어남에 따라 노인기준(65세 이상)을 다시 설정해야 한다는 주장이 나오고 있다. 노인(65세 이상)이 되면 다양한 복지 혜택을 받을 수 있는데, 평균 수명이 늘어남에 따라 점점 더 많은 사람이 복지 혜택을 받고 있다. 수혜자의 증가는 세수 부담으로 이어진다. 더군다나, 저출산에 따라 생산가능인구가 점점 줄어들고 있는 상황에서 세수 부담은 사회적 갈등으로 표출될 수 있다. 노인기준연령 상향에 대한 필요성에 대한 면접자의 입장은?
